We manage multi-platform visibility for our clients — and now we’re expanding into paid ads management.

We’re looking for a Paid Ads Specialist who can manage campaigns across Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and YouTube. This is a subcontractor role with flat-rate monthly packages (not hourly).

🌟 Paid Ads Specialist

What You'll Do:

  • Set up and manage paid ad campaigns on Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and/or Pinterest (depending on package).

  • Install and monitor pixels/conversion tracking.

  • Build and manage multiple campaign types (awareness, traffic, retargeting, conversion).

  • Write or adapt ad copy + creatives (images, short-form video, or static graphics).

  • Test + optimize targeting, creatives, and audiences for best performance.

  • Provide regular performance reports (monthly, bi-weekly, or weekly depending on package).

  • Collaborate with our team to ensure ads connect with client funnels and overall marketing strategy.

Flat Rate Packages You’ll Be Assigned:

  • Package 1: $500/month — 1 platform (FB/IG, TikTok, YouTube, or Pinterest), up to 2 campaigns live, 2–3 creatives provided, pixel setup, monthly reporting.

  • Package 2: $900–$1,000/month — 2 platforms (any mix), up to 4 campaigns live, creative support (ad copy + light video editing), retargeting setup, funnel audit recommendations, bi-weekly reporting.

  • Package 3: $1,200–$1,500/month — multi-platform (FB/IG + TikTok + YouTube + Pinterest), up to 6 campaigns live, ad copywriting + creative design/editing, funnel integration, A/B testing, weekly performance reports.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience managing paid ads (FB/IG required, Pinterest/TikTok/YouTube a plus).

  • Strong grasp of targeting, retargeting, pixel setup, and campaign optimization.

  • Ability to write engaging ad copy and/or edit creatives.

  • Experience with reporting and data-driven decision making.

  • Reliable and consistent — deadlines are everything.

  • Bonus: funnel experience (landing pages, opt-ins, email automation).
