We’re looking for a Lead Generation Specialist who can manage outbound engagement and direct outreach across platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram. This is a subcontractor role with flat-rate monthly packages (not hourly).

📢 Lead Generation Specialist
What You'll Do:
Manage outbound engagement and connection requests.
Send DM outreach using agency-provided scripts (and adapt to client voice).
Track responses, conversations, and booked calls.
Optimize profiles (headline, CTA, featured content) for conversions.
Provide regular reporting (weekly/monthly depending on package).
Collaborate with agency team to ensure outreach aligns with funnel + content strategy.
Flat Rate Packages You’ll Be Assigned:
Package 1: $400/month — 1 platform, 20–30 outbound connection requests per week, daily light engagement (likes/comments), client-approved DM outreach, monthly reporting.
Package 2: $700–$800/month — 2 platforms, 40–50 outbound requests per week, DM nurture/follow-up sequences, basic profile optimization, weekly reporting.
Package 3: $1,000–$1,200/month — multi-platform (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram), 75–100 outbound requests per week, advanced DM campaigns with multi-step follow-up, full profile optimization (headlines, featured media), weekly dashboard + reports.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in social media lead generation (LinkedIn, Facebook, or Instagram).
Comfortable with DM outreach and handling conversations in a client’s brand voice.
Familiar with profile optimization for lead generation.
Organized and detail-oriented — must track leads, messages, and conversions clearly.
Reliable and proactive communicator.
