We manage multi-platform visibility for our clients and now we’re expanding into LinkedIn authority services.

We’re looking for a LinkedIn Content & Engagement Specialist who can take client content (long-form videos, blogs, podcasts) and repurpose it into LinkedIn-optimized posts, manage posting/engagement, and support light lead generation activities. This role is subcontractor-based with flat-rate monthly packages when clients are assigned (which may not be at all times).

🌟 LinkedIn Content & Engagement Specialist

What You'll Do:

  • Repurpose long-form video/audio into LinkedIn-optimized written posts (thought-leadership style).

  • Clip short-form video content (provided or pulled from long-form).

  • Post content consistently to client profiles.

  • Manage light engagement (replying to comments, liking, connecting with audience).

  • Support profile optimization (updating headlines, featured media).

  • (For higher-tier clients) manage light outbound lead gen campaigns (connection requests, follow-up messages, engagement in groups).

Flat Rate Packages You’ll Be Assigned:

  • Package 1: $250/month — 4 posts, 4 clips, light posting/engagement.

  • Package 2: $500/month — 8 posts, 4–6 clips, profile optimization, engagement.

  • Package 3: $750–$900/month — 12 posts, 6–8 clips, optimization, engagement, light lead gen.

  • Package 4: $1,200–$1,500/month — 16+ posts, 8–10 clips, full profile optimization, engagement, outbound lead gen campaigns, analytics.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong writing skills — ability to write in a conversational but professional LinkedIn tone.

  • Experience with repurposing content into LinkedIn posts.

  • Familiarity with posting/engagement best practices on LinkedIn.

  • Bonus: experience with lead generation, outbound messaging, and LinkedIn analytics.

  • Reliable, detail-oriented, proactive communicator.
