The Digital Marketing Collective helps coaches, consultants, and service providers grow sustainable businesses through content, systems, and strategy. We manage multi-platform visibility for our clients and our Pinterest specialist has moved on and won't be able to assist us any further.
We’re looking for a Pinterest Content & Growth Specialist who can repurpose client content into Pinterest-optimized graphics + idea pins, manage scheduling, and grow client traffic and leads through strategic use of the platform. This role is subcontractor-based with flat-rate monthly packages.

🌟 Pinterest Content & Growth Specialist
What You'll Do:
Repurpose blog posts, videos, and other content into Pinterest graphics.
Create optimized pins (static, carousel, and idea/video pins).
Schedule via Tailwind/Canva.
Optimize boards and profiles with SEO keywords.
Track performance and provide light analytics.
(Higher tiers) integrate pins with lead magnets/funnels and test creatives.
Flat Rate Packages You’ll Be Assigned:
Package 1: $250/month — 20 pins + light optimization.
Package 2: $500/month — 30–40 pins + SEO + analytics.
Package 3: $750–$900/month — 50–60 pins + funnel integration + analytics.
Package 4: $1,200–$1,500/month — 80+ pins + advanced funnel integration + A/B testing.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience managing Pinterest accounts for clients.
Strong design skills (Canva preferred).
Understanding of SEO for Pinterest (keywords, descriptions, board optimization).
Familiarity with Tailwind scheduling.
Bonus: experience with lead gen funnels + analytics.
